Jim has more than 30 years of experience in the investment banking industry. He has considerable experience in Mergers and Acquisitions advisory, Capital-Raising in both the private and public markets, and business development experience for clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to family-held enterprises across a wide variety of industries.

Jim’s industry experience includes: media, aerospace and defense (advanced materials and composites), niche manufacturing, specialty distribution, transportation and government contracting. Clients included middle-market companies, entrepreneurs and private equity firms.

Jim’s career began in New York where he spent 11 years with Salomon Brothers and served as a Vice President and worked in the Private Placement Group, the Corporate Finance Group and the M&A Group. Jim was the Managing Director of the M&A and LBO Group for Prudential Securities as well as Managing Director of East-West Capital and Adhara Partners. Prior to joining LionsBridge, Jim was a Principal at Heritage Capital Group.

Richard ZanghettiManaging Director
Richard has 31 years of advisory and transactional experience across diverse financial markets. He brings significant expertise in creating innovative financing and investment strategies for businesses that are growing and considering strategic options. He has worked with companies across various stages; from pre-revenue to Fortune 50 multi-nationals.

Richard began his career in 1981 in New York City with Midland Bank, PLC. Richard’s career path includes 3 years with Salomon Brothers, 11 years with Morgan Stanley and 8 years with Lehman Brothers, where he managed a Global Risk Management Group in New York, London and Tokyo.

Over the course of his career, Richard has worked with corporate clients to help define and execute their business development and corporate financing strategies. His experience covers a wide range of industries and transactional proficiency.

Richard’s responsibilities at LionsBridge include leveraging his knowledge of the capital markets while providing clients with strategic guidance and professional advice regarding capital formation, deal structure, timing, pricing, and terms.

Thomas J. Fraser, Jr.Managing Director
Thomas (TJ) has extensive experience in transactional work, including structuring debt and equity financings, and has represented a number of private companies and venture capitalists as well as their portfolio companies. He is well versed in M&A transactions, deal structures and acquisition finance.

His experience includes personal involvement in a number of businesses as a principal, as well as acting as lead counsel in matters ranging from venture capital transactions, regulatory compliance and cross-border transactions. He is also involved in the day-to-day representation of diverse companies across a variety of industries and acts as chief counsel with respect to a number of complex matters such as intellectual property, securities transactions and litigation and business control issues.

In addition to working with LionsBridge, TJ heads the Securities Group for the law firm of Reznicsek, Fraser, Hastings, White & Shaffer, P.A. He began his legal career at Rogers Towers, P.A., where he served in both the corporate and litigation departments.

TJ has also served as the General Counsel and Vice President of a telecommunications company, and was part of the management team of an early-stage technology portfolio company created to assist entrepreneurs commercialize viable concepts.

Bradley B. Eavenson is a founding principal of Eavenson, Fraser, Lunsford & Evans, P.L., a multi-specialty law firm with offices located in Jacksonville and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Mr. Eavenson’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and corporate finance transactions. He counsels entrepreneurs and companies on finance, business, corporate, venture capital, investment, and transactional matters. Mr. Eavenson’s specific industry experience includes pharmaceutical, medical, entertainment, consumer products, franchise, news media, banking, and real estate. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and also a graduate of the university’s Levin College of Law.
