Jim’s industry experience includes: media, aerospace and defense (advanced materials and composites), niche manufacturing, specialty distribution, transportation and government contracting. Clients included middle-market companies, entrepreneurs and private equity firms.
Jim’s career began in New York where he spent 11 years with Salomon Brothers and served as a Vice President and worked in the Private Placement Group, the Corporate Finance Group and the M&A Group. Jim was the Managing Director of the M&A and LBO Group for Prudential Securities as well as Managing Director of East-West Capital and Adhara Partners. Prior to joining LionsBridge, Jim was a Principal at Heritage Capital Group.

Richard began his career in 1981 in New York City with Midland Bank, PLC. Richard’s career path includes 3 years with Salomon Brothers, 11 years with Morgan Stanley and 8 years with Lehman Brothers, where he managed a Global Risk Management Group in New York, London and Tokyo.
Over the course of his career, Richard has worked with corporate clients to help define and execute their business development and corporate financing strategies. His experience covers a wide range of industries and transactional proficiency.
Richard’s responsibilities at LionsBridge include leveraging his knowledge of the capital markets while providing clients with strategic guidance and professional advice regarding capital formation, deal structure, timing, pricing, and terms.

His experience includes personal involvement in a number of businesses as a principal, as well as acting as lead counsel in matters ranging from venture capital transactions, regulatory compliance and cross-border transactions. He is also involved in the day-to-day representation of diverse companies across a variety of industries and acts as chief counsel with respect to a number of complex matters such as intellectual property, securities transactions and litigation and business control issues.
In addition to working with LionsBridge, TJ heads the Securities Group for the law firm of Reznicsek, Fraser, Hastings, White & Shaffer, P.A. He began his legal career at Rogers Towers, P.A., where he served in both the corporate and litigation departments.
TJ has also served as the General Counsel and Vice President of a telecommunications company, and was part of the management team of an early-stage technology portfolio company created to assist entrepreneurs commercialize viable concepts.
